The note of association in French attached basically clarifying the use of “Certificates of Free Marketing in the country of origin”. According to the note the certificates now only apply to goods intended to be to be resold in Algeria.
We would suggest that your exporters confirm this with their customers in Algeria that the goods are not intended for resale before proceeding without a certificate.
