Some shippers have created an origin declaration form as attached. There is no requirement for Chambers to stamp this document. You can if asked authenticate the signature on the declaration following the standard "Other Documents" procedure. Although you do not need the exporter to prove the origin claimed if you know it is wrong you cannot authenticate the signature.
