Chambers can order blank EUR1s and EUR-Med forms via the import and export general enquiries helpline by using

 

  1. the ‘ask HMRC’s digital assistant’: by following the link below and typing ‘adviser’ in the message box and clicking ‘send’ to open the webchat option, where an order for blank EUR1 forms can then be placed.  Webchat advisers work Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm; Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 8am to 4pm.

 

  1. the imports and exports general enquiries helpline -  0300 322 9434: open Monday to Friday: 8am to 10pm  Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: 8am to 4pm
