- the ‘ask HMRC’s digital assistant’: by following the link below and typing ‘adviser’ in the message box and clicking ‘send’ to open the webchat option, where an order for blank EUR1 forms can then be placed. Webchat advisers work Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm; Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 8am to 4pm.
