The Standard Rules have been updated to remove the references to the old EU Custom Code and a new rule add to reflect the requirement for new customers to be signed up to one of the BCC’s approved online platforms as per “O” Notice 10-2016 as attached.
The new standard rules should be given to all new applicants from this date. As the rule change mainly affects new applicants there is no need to issue these new rules to existing customers until they renew their Formal Undertaking.
